My ALD portal enables fleet managers to quickly and easily access the fleet details, review active and expired contracts, as well as ordered vehicles and easy access to ALD NET, our reporting tool.
Through My ALD portal, you can see the history of vehicle maintenance and mileage. It is possible to send notifications and documentation to drivers (car policy, contracts, etc.).
My ALD mobile application allows drivers to view their vehicle and contract information, vehicle maintenance history, services description, contact information and navigation to ALD authorized service partners, find the nearest parking or petrol station.
Drivers are able to update the mileage of their vehicle via the My ALD application, read notices received from the fleet manager or ALD administrator.
Through My ALD web portal it is also possible to submit a reservation request for ALD authorized service partners, new fuel card, ALD Assistance, Door to Door service, damage claims.
